We loved everything: pretty, brand new room combining modernity and tradition (very low ceiling since it is in a typical Appenzell building); very friendly welcome; delicious breakfast with quality local products; right in the center of the old village of Appenzell but extremely quiet; Place de la Landsgemeinde (with possibility of parking) one minute's walk away. Very good value for money! We will come back with pleasure!
